Cooperation model
For properties we manage and rent, we can offer different arrangements: a fixed monthly payment to the owner or a commission on each rental. The suitable model depends on the property and the agreed terms.

Listings and reservations are managed across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google Vacation Rentals and direct bookings. Pricing algorithms adjust rates to balance occupancy and the best suitable booking price. Average occupancy across the managed portfolio is around 80%, depending on the property, season and measurement period.
